A boutique development of two high-specification residential new builds. Designed for modern living with a focus on sustainable architecture and premium finishes in the heart of North Finchley.
A major structural milestone on this Barnet loft conversion: the full removal of the existing roof and installation of a comprehensive scaffolding system. By stripping the property back to its bones, we’ve cleared the way for a high-spec dormer extension that will significantly increase the home's square footage and value. Safety and weather-proofing are our top priorities during this critical phase.
